How long is an AbPredict run?
The run time depends on the server load. Usually a run takes about an hour.
How should the input sequence be formatted?
The input sequence should be a single sequence of the combined VL and VH sequences in fasta format
Can I submit sequence in a different format?
Currently the only acceptable format is fasta
